on International Angel Day – Sept 11th


at the Centre For Spiritual Living 103 17th Ave SE, Calgary

For some, September 11 marks the day to remember the tragedy of the World Trade Centers collapse. 

But we choose to make it a day to celebrate how far we’ve come since then… and how much more of a difference we can make.

5:00 – 6:20 pm:

Join us for the Community Pot Luck meal (Please bring a dish to feed 6 people and label it as Vegetarian or Non-Veg.)


6:30pm - 10:00pm:

The evening program for Celebrate What’s Right in the World includes:

Entertainment and Inspiration!

  • Be inspired through the delightful Short Film - “Celebrate What’s Right in the World” by DeWitt Jones
  • Experience self-healing through Sound Therapy under the expert guidance of Sharon Carne of Mountain Rose Music
  • Have fun and be energized with an Interactive Activity presented by  Tina Thrussell of Best U Can B Inc.

  • Be entertained and inspired by the beautiful original music of Anthony Burbidge, Singer/Songwriter
  • Celebrate the success in changing the status of families in poverty-stricken countries through the Nourish the Children Initiative
  • The grand finale:  Experience a unifying community Drum Circle lead by the dynamic Judy Atkinson of Circles of Rhythm

All proceeds from this evening program are generously being donated by the presenters to the Nourish the Children Initiative.
