Who's Online
We have 3 guests onlineAchieve Workplace Health & Corporate Wellness with Sound Healing
Learn simple everyday techniques for creating more energy, focus and balance. Throughout your Sound Healing workshop, you will have an opportunity to learn about sound. You will be given simple tools for corporate wellness, and you will learn how deeply sound can heal at home and your workplace.
Our Edge
We all respond differently to music and sound. What is relaxing to one person may make another person anxious. We often use music intuitively to change our mood, however, it does much more than that. Science tells us that music creates specific physiological responses in the body and mind.
Benefits for you:
- create a calm and focused mind
- reduce stress
- enhance creativity
- boost the immune system and connect with your inner strength
- help with sleep problems
- speed and enhance learning and memory
- decrease pain
- lower blood pressure
- effortlessly create the relaxation response in the body
Benefits for your organization:
- increased productivity as employees are faced with less stress in the workplace
- meetings will become more effective
- reduced turnover and fewer sick days
- with improved focus and concentration, decision making is improved and mistakes are reduced
Your Experience
Our program delivers experiences your people never forget. We offer a safe environment where people can experiment with the power of sound in many forms.
Music
Voice
Guided imagery
Crystal bowls
Tibetan bowls
Other sound tools
. . . and more.
Participants document their own unique responses to the music and sound so they can re-create them as they wish. In our program, people learn about and experience how music and sound:
- changes our body rhythms
- stimulates and enhances specific brainwave states
- creates focus and concentration
- enhances creativity
- counteracts stress through informed choices of music
- can initiate relaxation, meditation or sleep
Our Spark
You are constantly bombarded by sounds. Some of them are downright annoying traffic, the wrong radio station blaring from the person next to you, a car alarm in the middle of the night. Not many people know how to use sound beneficially. Our Sound Wellness program uses the science of sound and experiential learning to empower people with tools to improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.
The core curriculum for the Sound Wellness course was sparked by a request from the Integrative Health Institute at Mount Royal University. Sharon was asked to be one of the interventions in a study on stress. She expanded the material when participants expressed how valuable this experience was to them.
The Sound Wellness Program consists of live workshops or presentations or a Self Study Program for those who wish to review the material at home.
Our Offerings
We’ll customize our program to suit your specific needs or curiosity. You can choose our full 3-day program or our one-day (8 hour) session to experience a sampling of all our program has to offer. Or, you can select from our half-day modules that provide a deeper experience in using a specific technique, such as:
guided imagery
recorded music
your own voice
crystal and Tibetan singing bowls
We provide a wide variety of experience because people respond to music and sound differently. These programs are most effective with between 12 to 20 participants.
Because response to music and sound is individual, we provide many different experiences that people can use to arrive at the same benefits.
We customize our program and materials to meet the needs of individuals and organizations. Please call us for additional information and free consultation.

K.B., Mount Royal University
“The stories I tell of how bowl- and sound-centered meditation has changed my patients’ lives may read like a hyped-up pitch, but I believe unequivocally - and I’ve seen for myself the proof - that the use of sound is among the most powerful healing modalities ever embraced by twentieth-century practitioners.”
Mitchell Gaynor, MD, founder of Mitchell Integrative Oncology, New York
