How Will Toning Affect Me?

Toning is the natural voice of the body. As you allow your body to express sound without interference from the mind (and this is a journey in itself) your body knows instinctively what sounds will bring you into balance. This can happen quickly or over a period of time. Toning is a way of bringing everything into tune.

Jonathan Goldman in his book “Healing Sounds” refers to the body as an orchestra. If one violinist begins to play the wrong notes, the whole orchestra sounds out of tune. You can surgically eliminate this violinist and the rest of the orchestra will again play in tune. What if you just give this one violinist the correct notes to play? Wouldn’t this bring the orchestra back into tune?

As a form of meditation, toning also can create the same physical benefits of meditation;
