Membership Terms of Service

Access to the site

Access is granted to each level as soon as payment for that level is received. In the case of the Bronze Membership level, where there is no payment required, access is granted as soon as the registration is complete. If you are using PayPal Subscriptions, please be aware that PayPal may take up to 12 hours to return the confirmation of payment to us.

Note that in order to complete registration, a confirmation email is sent to each new member. The link on that email must be clicked to activate your membership. This ensures that each new member has a valid email address, and that the member is signing up on his/her own behalf.

Voluntary Termination of your Membership

Clicking the unsubscribe button will end your membership with us, and no further payments will be made. Your subscription will end on the last day of your currently paid membership.

Membership may be re-instated in the future should you choose to do so. Trial periods are not extended for a second time to members who have already participated in a free trial.

Refunds

Since access is granted to each level immediately when you register, refunds are not given.

The Solar Membership Level begins with a one month free trial period, to give you an opportunity to look over the site prior to your first payment.

Rights of our Members

The protection of our Members is of paramount importance to Sound Wellness by Mountain Rose Music. To ensure that every one's experience is memorable, the following specific policies have been implemented.

Persons who violate these policies will have their membership cancelled and will be blocked from all further access to this site without refund or recourse.

Profanity

The use of profanity and/or obscene language will not be tolerated on the site, either in forums, posts, communication with others in the community, or in articles submitted for inclusion on this site.

Spamming

Persons using this site may not not engage in "spamming", "chain letters," "pyramid schemes", advertisement of illegal or controlled products or services, or other advertising or marketing activities that violate these Terms of Service, any applicable laws, regulations or generally-accepted advertising industry guidelines.

Respectfulness

We expect all people within this community to treat each other with respect. Each of us deserves this. Comments that are racist, sexist, defamatory, abusive, etc. have no place here.

Copyright

Mountain Rose Music has always held the highest level of integrity in our dealings with copyrighted material. We believe that every producer of original material should be recognized and rewarded for their work.

All content, trademarks, logos, images and other materials on this site are owned by either the copyright holders or by Mountain Rose Music, and no part of this website, content, trademarks, logos, images or other materials may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means whatsoever unless written permission has been granted by Mountain Rose Music. Unauthorized copying of copyrighted material may result in legal action.

Any material uploaded to this site MUST be original material owned by the member who publishes it.

Governing Law

Mountain Rose Music, is a division of 1258582 Aberta Ltd. and you agree that any legal action brought against Mountain Rose Music shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and each of the parties hereto agrees irrevocably to conform to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of such Province.
